This article make a reference to the annual report from Ofcom. The move is in favor of mobile phone, the net, and gaming.

In a post of the Editors of the BBC NEWS ' the purpose of TV', I feel that they are ( old mainstream dinosaur media) afraid of the fact that "...everyone can publish content and there are millions of sources of information to choose from ...
Don't even think about taking off this democratic tool (blogs and other tech things!)
